Hello everyone!

Below is a letter from the Head of Community Management, Ms. Ching Merano / CM Ching and she has something to address in behalf of the whole e-Games Community Management Team.

Dear e-Gamers,

It’s been months since I took over the Community Management Team of e-Games and I must admit, it has been an interesting and thrilling working experience

I’m glad to announce that during the past months, I came across new Community Game Masters who have the integrity, energy, determination and the love for the game which are, what I believe, the qualities of a good GM. Together with the help of e-Games management, we also retained experienced GMs who not only have these qualities but also excel in their work and are now candidates to be Community Managers (CMs), some of whom have been promoted as one.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the current roster of e-Games GMs to you.

Ran Online:

While these GMs are to specific games, you may still see them implementing events for other games.

We’d like to ask for all our e-Gamers’ to support our GM teams in addressing gaming issues and concerns as well as bringing the best activities for our community.

I would also like to say to everyone that I am open to address any complaints that you have. If you believe that a CM or GM is not performing his/her duties or behaving in a manner or conduct unbecoming of a e-Games CM, please do let me know You can email me at headcmching@ip-egames.com.

This is in line with our continuous effort to bring the best gaming experience and the best people to work with the community.

Part of that effort as well is informing the community of the people who have left us to pursue other interests.
