Answers
- At 4:00PM, visit http://zxbeta.e-games.com.ph/ and enter your email address on the message box twice. Validation may take awhile, so please be patient.
- You can use any email address here; CBT accounts are different from your e-Games account; do opt for gmail in registration just in case, to avoid network traffic.
- There will be a confirmation sent thru the email you have just registered.
- Nope. Today is registration and client download only.
- We will post the lucky ones who has advance pass here in the blog; instructions and account will be included in your email as well so no need to register.
- Yes, you may download the client once its up at the official website.
- During the download or installation, your anti-virus might tag the client as a malicious file. Kindly disable your anti-virus temporarily or allow the client to run from your anti-virus option or settings.
- The countdown is for I-can-now-use-my-CBT-or-advancepass-account-and-go-in-game! day.
- This may be an ISP-related or other technical issues. Let’s do some basic troubleshooting tips:
- Clear your cookies and cache
- for Mozilla Firefox Users: click on TOOLS > Clear Private Data > Check all the boxes > Click on Clear Private Data Now
- for Internet Explorer Users: click on TOOLS > Internet Options > on the General Tab, click on Delete (Browsing History) > Click on Delete All > Check on the box if a pop-up window comes up > Click Yes
- Do a traceroute
- Click on START > Select RUN > type in CMD on the message box > Press Enter > in the black box, type in tracert cbt.zxonline.com.ph > Press Enter > wait for the results, then copy and paste in a notepad -OR- hit on PRINTSCREEN and paste it on Paint or Photoshop, and save it as bitmap or JPEG format
- Send the results in notepad or image format to zxonline.ph@gmail.com

Close Beta Testing – this is where everyone tests the game and reports any bugs you guys can find (if there are any); thus there will be wipeout afterwards
Open Beta Testing – still in testing mode, however no wipeout this time

let me also assist you sa mga questions nila about the testing stuff..
Usually (again usually) CBT is only open to special people..usually there is an application and selection of players. the players needs to be keen in game play and interface. if they find bugs, they usually report it to the people who released the game in order for them to fix it. bugs are not limited to items that can not be picked-up, map parts which is unreachable even if it should be, mobs that are “un-killable”, etc. thus the reason why only few are being allowed to test the game.
after the CBT period, which usually lasts for 2 weeks to 3 months (depending on the game: characters, maps, mobs, etc) Open beta phase is being launched. In this phase, what is usually being tested is the server and the market. the technicalities of the game it self (programming, etc) has been fixed. thus hosting and guest response is being tested. can the server host this amount of players? what is the maximum/minimum number of players playing at the same time? do we have enough clientele (players) to upgrade to another server (open a new server, increase capacity, etc.)
when everything is stable, up and running, the commercial release is next. Meaning more servers are available and more players can be accommodated. Weekly, monthly (or whatever-ly) maintenance is being done to keep the servers at optimal performance and to fix recent reports of bugs (which is inevitable since continuous game play is seen and system crashes are always in the loop).
i hope this answers or at least enlightened some of our players that are anticipating ZX..

zx CBT has 14-17 channels if i am not mistaken..
regarding the download “page error” stuff at cbt.zxonline.com.ph, you can go to http://e-games.com.ph at the upper right portion click downloads and select from those mirrors being posted there.. see yah all in game.. ciao zx..

Help! When I start the game I get to log in all right, but when I get to the part that says, “Entering ZhuXian, please wait,” the game suddenly stops responding and terminates after two or three minutes, all without me doing anything. I’ve tried it several times today and yesterday. I even tried reinstalling and rebooting. How can I fix it?
