The community, of course, and friends in-game. I feel excited to go online and grind in-game ’cause I’ll be doing it with them. I not only have fun but also great friendships were molded which could extend in real life.

Where do you usually play? How many hours do you stay in-game? I usually spend my time playing in our house for about 10-18hours (average).

How long have you been playing ZXOnline? Since Advance Pass days. I guess that was last November 2008. ^_^

How did you know about the game? I first heard about it in e-Games Community Boards – Community Chit Chat section when a gamer posted a video made by the GMs entitled “The Eye of the Tiger – Zhu Xian Online Philippines”. I got so curious about it and so I started to do some research until finally, e-Games confirmed the release of the game by creating ZX boards in e-Games Forums.

Do you have a clan / family in-game? What’s the name of your clan / family? Yes! Since the start of my journey in-game, I was a member of Exitializ Clan. ^_^ But later in OBT, around February 2009, I transferred to Fatality Clan.

Who are the players in-game that you look up to, and why? Most are some pioneers of the game who not only help in-game but the whole ZX Community as well. Top of the list is X, the Clan Master of Exitializ Clan. I once worked with him on handling the clan and saw in him the leader and servant combined. Even before the CBT started, he’s contributed more informations about ZXOnline in the forums, he’s helped promoting the game, and he has helped e-Games by being a volunteer translator. Next in line would be Doctor as he is a great gamer as well, works as a clan administrator of Exiled Clan, and shares useful ideas to the ZXOnline Community. I am greatly amazed by his thoughts when I got a chance to talk to him personally in one of the events conducted by e-Games. And Zaytie for raising up the banner of the girl gamers! XD

Do you have a partner in-game? What’s his character name? Yep. His IGN is Orophin, a bonding bliss school disciple.

How did you meet? He’s actually my real-life bf. He started playing by OBT and played a bit later than me.

What do you usually do in-game besides leveling? Chit-chat with some clanmates, date with my partner (LOL), boss raids with the clan, capture screenshots, do some quest guides for newbies, and help out newbies in their quests or anybody who needs my help.

Does your friends or players in-game believe that you are a girl in-real-life? If not, why? I didn’t actually tell anybody in a game that I’m a girl. Some would suspect that I’m not, others would defend that I am. But as time went by, they were convinced that I really am a girl gamer thru the confirmation of some IRL friends, my membership in a girl gamers club, my voice in TeamSpeak (LOL), and my presence in Offline Game Events.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of being a girl gamer? Errp. One of the advantages of being a girl gamer, as based on my experience in-game, is that I’m often given lots of cool items from guys, a lot would like to offer some help in my quests and, you know, that feeling of some sort of special treatment. What’s funny is these are usually followed with “Can i add u up ?” Though I take pride of achieving things by myself, I wouldn’t mind if they’d offer something. XD And I know that a lot of girl gamers out there are so aware why they got this “advantage”. Lol.

On the other hand, one disadvantage of being a “real” girl gamer is the hurtful feeling of being suspected as a “chixsilog”. I don’t really reveal my identity in-game unless asked. But I don’t do something just to prove them wrong. It is not my loss if they don’t believe me. Lol. Another thing is that some would mistreat you because you’re just a girl. You’ll receive a number of immature insults and some would look down on your abilities. Yeah, we’re just girls! We turn guys’ world upside down when we kick their butts in-game and pawn them! )

Your message to your fellow girl gamers out there? It’s in our DNA so be proud and have fun! Don’t forget to always be nice no matter how aweful the words you’ll get to receive from a guy. Laugh it off, beat them in-game, and stay gorgeous ’cause YOU ROCK!
